OZEV Cross-Pavement Grant extended to March 2026 – a win for EV drivers without off-street parking

Great news for electric vehicle (EV) owners! The UK government has extended the OZEV Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant for Households with On-Street Parking until March 2026.

This extension is a significant step in making home charging more accessible for those without off-street parking, helping to drive the transition to cleaner transport.

Under the scheme, eligible residents can receive 75% off the cost of purchasing and installing an EV chargepoint, up to £350, when installing a cross-pavement charging solution such as Gul-e by ODS – to safely connect their home charger to their on-street parking space.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the grant, applicants must:

✅ Own or rent a residential property where they live
✅ Have suitable on-street parking as approved by the local council
✅ Obtain council permission for a cross-pavement charging solution
✅ Install the cross-pavement solution before their chargepoint
✅ Own an eligible EV

Why Choose Gul-e?

Gul-e provides a safe, cost-effective, and council-approved way to charge your EV at home, ensuring cables don’t obstruct footpaths. With the grant extension, now is the perfect time to future-proof your home for EV charging.

“The best thing about Gul-e is its simplicity. It really is so easy to use,
and was a big part of my decision to buy an EV.”
